If you believe in miracles then "Yes You Can!".

Only thing is as Graeme will tell You I whimped out on buying the Magna 1:72 kit at Telford in 2005 and bought the Welsh 1:144 kit instead so it won't be as impressive as the 1:72 kit. Next thing is which Civil scheme? Are "what if" Civil schemes allowable? An Ansett Airfreight Belfast (complete with Wombat) would look really good!

You need a couple of really big models as a center piece. It's a shame I didn't win the 1/48 Halifax on ebay a while back, that would have looked pretty good, or maybe someone here wants to do the Bulgarian Heinkel 111H VIP transports.
