I've upgraded from AMIC... :D
It's hard for me to get used to these changing times... I remember when the air was clean and the sex was dirty..

Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

TC's Hughes 500 from Magnum PI, Revell even released a 1/32 kit. Just got to find one now.
There was a Nomad on floats in the background of one of the 007's.
Or if your a bit of a KingAir fan, there was a Kingair C90 in one episode of The A-team.
Hmmm, this requires some further thought for that "ooh, didn't know that' factor.

I have no doubt that a few individuals here will post shit on my FB to give me more ideas than I really need. So I'll just sit back and let them to do the work for me :)

Actually......I really wanna build this aircraft from one of the coolest zombie movies of all... World War Z :D .

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_SOD7C-_BM

Don't mind the ol A310, and if you notice the CGI aircraft in the background of this clip....they are ALL bloody A310s. Must have been the only large passenger aircraft-type the CGI boffins had on file for this film

And another cool World War Z clip featuring this aircraft, (although it is reminiscent of just ya average every day Jetstar sector :D )

N1819U... United DC-10-10 which operated UAL 232 and crashed at Siuox City Iowa following centre engine fan disk failure.

They made a movie on this accident... Albeit not a good representation of it.

G'day Stu,
Here is the "docudrama" movie of this watershed aviation event that you are referring to,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4Gtg_jQT5Y
so N1819U would definitely take pride-of-plaice in our A/CAM display next year.
As the theme is Civil Aircraft: TV and Movie Stars any aircraft that has featured in any episode of "Air Crash Investigation" or "Seconds from Disaster" would also be most eligible for inclusion in the display. That's the great thing about this theme....the possibilities are endless :D .

What about all the cool aircraft from the Tintin movies?

Or the flying machines from anime films that were recently discussed?

Are they to be included?
