Well, there's another trick that I just learned from this site. It had never occurred to me to print onto white decals with a background colour matching the colour of the model itself. I've always had to try cutting as close to the edge of the image so there's no white showing - sometimes it doesn't work, if it doesn't it's back to the printer. Here's my FRsin Potez 621 in which the side panel decal was so miserable that I has to paint my own blue panels. I lifted the Air France logo from a website, reduced it in size and here it is. The white laser decal paper I used came from BNA and it worked well, much better than the standard white inkjet decal paper ever did for me.
