OK then.....well if everyone is happy lets go for it:
A/CAM Challenge Build for Model Expo 2019 - Airliner Category
Featured Kit - Airfix 1:144 Boeing 737-200
If any one wants to participate in this really cool little concept, (and a big thanks to Brad for the suggestion), but doesn't currently have a Airfix 1:144 737-200.....yell out as I have a couple spare in the stash and, for the sake of the success of this A/CAM Challenge build, I would be prepared to part with one or two cheap......for the cause :D .
Thanks again Brad.....great idea!!!
(and what a great way to assure entries into one of the two categories we sponsor).

Could I put my hand up for 1 Ray as I don't have the kit. I'll send you a PM.

I'd also suggest we make it a bit informal, maybe just report back in this thread from time to time on how we are going, so it's not like a formal Group Build. Maybe winner gets lunch bought for him on Monday at Expo by the vanquished?

No idea how many Airfix 737-200's I have, but it would be more than several, and less than a shipload, so better get into this as well

The one kit I don't have in the stash, I would have been fine with Zvezda or Revell B737s

But if the crowd wants to go with Airfix then be it.

So are build threads going in here or the GB section? Also maybe we start a list of schemes people are doing so we don't end up all doing the same one.

Build threads here I reckon....and good idea about listing who is building what.
I have given this a lot of thought and I am down to one of these two, (have decals for both):

Both military and both attractive schemes.....so now to decide.
