A word of warning though Leigh, the BraZ conversion fuselage does not have a nosegear bay. If you want wheels down but don't fancy cutting out resin and forming the gear bay yourself, then it's better to stick with the F-Rsin fuselage!

I'll let yo'all know how that particular approach goes when I work up the courage to try it.

I didn't realize that the F-rsin kit had Revell parts in it until I opened it. Suddenly the project becomes a lot easier. There is, however, a complication. The BraZ -600 fuselage is 10mm longer than the F-Rsin one and the Airfix kit falls halfway between them. The BraZ fuselage is also a little wider than the F-Rsin one. I guess the fact that the -600 fuselage is supposed to be a little bit longer than the B4 fuselage means that I'm going to have to use the BraZ fuselage, despite the problems with the undercarriage. Wish me luck.
