A good haul

Postby tor lives » Sat Feb 20, 2016 3:18 pm

Hi guys,
Just picked these up from the post office before:

Both 1:72.....one courtesy of Graeme and the other from Hannets.
Always a good day when I am cracking open packages containing models :D
(be even a better day if I ever finish one :? )

I thought you'd picked up another corporate jet hulk!
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

My Citation "hulk" is all back together again and looking the business, (and you should smell her beautiful leather interior :D). She is just now awaiting her custom-built support rig to be completed.
We are now looking for a Kingair B200/B300 to complement the Citation.....anyone know of any locally-available Kingair hulks???

Had no idea Welsh released a 737 in AA markings. No doubt decals from Mr Ronin.

Yeah Ray, the TN 1:72 737-376/476 is one of the latter Welsh releases, (although now sold-out....I got the last one from Hannets). The decals are indeed from our mate Steve.

Now Ray
As it appears the decal sheet says QF licenced, was that you who approved it then, and who is doing it now?

Yeah.....did some TN/QF decals approvals a little while back, but not sure who is doing it now. I think this process has now been outsourced to a company called "Whole Box and Dice". This organisation apparently manages Brand licencing etc. for other companies.
