Howdy folks,

I started this build as a test-bed for my review of AK Interactive's True Metal product, but decided to complete the model once the testing was done. Still struggling a bit with my white balance when taking photos against a white background, so I hope these don't look too bad.

Not perfect by any means, but a decent little shelf-sitter.

Thanks everyone for looking in.

What a very lovely model of a very elegant and majestic aeroplane.
The photos are also "kick arse" Kev.
Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks Ray. Here's another version of one of my photos that a friend tweaked for me:

Colours still aren't quite right, but it's much more evenly balanced than my own attempts.

It's not huge, Paul, though the wingspan is an impressive 28cm. Length is around 18cm. It sounds large I guess, but compared to the 1/32 kits that are my staple modelling diet, it's pretty small.

By the way, if anyone has a spare Hasegawa 1/72 Mavis kit kicking about, let me know!
