MPM Ryan F2R1 darkshark.....RAN 1946/47...carrier HMAS Sydney...another for John Baxter's future book.
the kit was a typical MPM old styled kit..fit was poor at times and the vac formed canopy caused me greif,and this was my first time using the PE stuff in the box...the interior was pretty basic..just side consols and instrument panel...but the landing gear has scissor lilnks retract jacks and door jack's....they really made the gear spring to life....pretty happy for my first time trying it.
