So after the Egg SR-71 I wanted another quick and easy build. After spending too long looking through the stash I came up with this. I have no idea where or how I found this scheme but I like it as it's different. They were Swedish aircraft operated in Lebanon between July and October 1958. The kit is a Hobbyboss snap together kit so the fit is ok but it does require a bit of filler here and there. I'll be doing this OOB except for my usual Wako Creative seatbelts. After I started it I realised that it didn't have a standard exhaust so I scratched one up out of sprue. It's not perfect but it'll do. Anyways here's some progress pics :)

It took a while but I got the canopy on and masked up. The fit isn't great but it'll do. It's now in white primer but I haven't got a pic so you'll just have to believe me on that.

Masking looks good, did you use a set of anysort?

No there isn't a set for the Hobbyboss kit like there is for the Academy kit unfortunately.

So finally got some colour on this. Had a few issues prin\ming it as I got fisheyes in the paint. I cleaned and primed a few times, even using thinners to clean the problem section which I then had to rescribe. I got that sorted out and went to put some colour on it. My LHS didn't have any SMS white so I used the Tamiya lacquer white instead and it came up ok. The next mission will be the black wing wals and anti glare panel then the decals. I'll also need to paint the wheel wells interior green as well at some stage. If I pull my finger out I could have this finished by the end of next week but I don't like my chances as I get too distracted by other shit. Anyways here's a couple of pics :)

It's done. I finished this a couple of days ago and it came up ok. I'd been very careful of the pitot tube the whole build and then broke it off at the end. it now has an metal one. Here's the pics
