Airfix M113 FSV

I posted a WIP pic of this in my HMAS Collins thread so I thought I'd give it it's own thread here though it's a bit late starting the thread. I've got a couple of antennas and a machine gun to add plus a final clear coat and it'll be done. I wasn't gonna do the mud thing on this but thought I'd give it a crack. I made my own pigment powders out of soft pastels cos they're way cheaper than the brand name ones and I'm reasonably happy with it.

Good job on the bucket Paul. It just looks like its had a good thrashing up at Hervey's Range.

Thanks boys. Fixed up a couple of weathering issues. This is my first go at mud effects and even though it's overdone, I'm still happy with it. So here it is :)

Paul, no way that bucket is overdone mate. An oily rag swab and then a good thrash around in the dust can just about hide anything.
