Boeing B-50A in 1/144 and etc

Here's one I made with a bit of cross kitting. Since there is no 1/144 kit of a B-50 that I know of I looked around at the options and decided that the fusealge of a Fujimi B-29 and wings and tail of a Minicraft Boeing 377 would do the job. I also had a set of decals for a B-50, in 1/72, which I shamelessly shrank to 1/144 on my trusty computer. Here is the result :

Some great stuff there Leigh. Excellent use of the 377 tail there ! I also like to see the oldies wheeled out (Airfix B29) and finished in such a creditable way - nice one !

Great job Leigh.
I love the B-50!!!
Now that you have demonstrated what is possible, I am thinking maybe a KB-50 as a future project for myself.....thanks for the inspiration.

Graeme - I can think of many things - most of them painful - that I would rather do than have another go at that Antonov. Be warned!
