Trumpeter 1/35 Boeing-Vertol CH-47D Chinook

A place for our military aviation modellers to show their stuff. It may not be civil but it still has a home here

Trumpeter 1/35 Boeing-Vertol CH-47D Chinook

Hey all, after my last airliner build, I needed to get big, grimy and ready for business again, so I spent the last 3 to 4 months working on this Trumpeter 1/35 Chinook, AAAvn A15-104. I just finished her today.

That has got to be one of if not your best build to date Troy.
Probably the best model of a Chinook I've seen mate.

Thanks, Wayne. Still heaps of room for improvement, but I am pretty happy with it too. Now to organise a perspex case for it, as It doesn't fit into any of my existing cabinets.

I watched the build of your 'Chook' and I can't see any areas that need improving Troy. Then again I'm 'Chook' biased.
Particularly impressed by the work put into your interior and the anti slip treatment on the rear ramp.
I would be more than happy to have this work of art on my shelves.
Time for a bigger cabinet methinks.
Wayne.
