Here is my Information/Contrails 1:144th QantasLink Boeing 717-200. Just marginally better than the Gremlin 1:72 range of resin kits, it was not exactly a joy to build.

I plan to, in time, complete another one of these in the stunning Impulse "Blue Cockatoo" scheme.

Oh...nicely done Ray.

Indeed Douglas did a top job on that jetliner.

A nice build of a difficult kit - I know, I have one.

With those RR Conways powering it, it should be good for Mach 1.2 I reckon - the mini-Concorde (:>) !!

I think they wish they were Conways.. Sadly they ain't,RR BR715's, same compressor section as the IAEV2500 A320 Airbus engine they powers the Jetstar and Tiger A320 fleet..

They are a good engine , you don't see the bonnet up much .........if at all on these aircraft . A bit like the CFM's on the 737 very reliable engines . ;) ;) And Ed they go really well , just like the old DC-9 . ;) ;)

Ahhh... too subtle for you... Ray will get it..... they are a little overscale in the kit.
