Malady, Melody, neither but a very basic vac-form.The model is completely devoid of any surface detail including control surface demarkation. Also absent are propellers, engines and undercarriage. The vac-form has been done using male patterns which result in crisp sharp edges inside the shells but not where they are required - on the outside! The wing floats do not even have the step. The front of the cowlings was also seen as a potential problem and were replaced with resin items. However, despite the deficiencies, the kit goes together well and is proving to be a most enjoyable build.

Thanks for the comments Paul, David and Adam. The colour scheme will be TAA as in Paul's photo that started this project off.

Fred if you need any pics let me know. I have acquired about 50 photos of VH-TGA (during and after TAA) give or take a few that may prove helpful :)
