Great stuff. Is the paint jar in there just to show size, or is there an underlying purpose for it such as adding more weight?

Thanks guys!
Destroyer, yes its for adding weight. This model neds a lot of it and I ran out of lead weights, so I had to improvise.

Some truly amazing work there, and would never have thought about using a paint jar for a nose weight, also very much like the scheme you have chosen

Thanks guys!
A bit of progress over the weekend...
Tail section is finished. It needs a bit more sanding, but I'll do that later, when I spray some primer. I've cut away all control surfaces and added a bit more detail.

Also did this intake. Is a piece of styrene roled into tube and sandwiched betwen two thicher pieces.

And this. I have no idea what it is, but I know its there. Mesh is from an oil filter.

I need to finish nose wheel well next, then I'm off to wings. So far it's comming together pretty quick. I hope its stays that way.
Thanks for looking!

I like the extra detail you are adding with the fin intake and mesh. I am guessing after you separated the control surfaces you lined the cuts with thin card?
