Here's my next project, I ordered the kit today. I have had the Microscale decals for a while
but the Revell 1/144 727-100 kit has been hard to come by until now. It will be a bit of a challenge
seeing as there s no cockpit windshield at all and the passenger windows are depressed into the
fuselage and not a hole like Revell's Embraer. I am not filling windows this time but will find
some type of decals for the windows. I know there are window decal sheets out there.---John

The kit arrived today. I washed it up and am ready to have at it. Just have to figure what
route I want to go for cockpit windscreen. Fill with super glue, or use Revell window maker
white glue or putty and paint windows black.---John

A challenging kit, but worth the effort, I would fill the windscreen with superglue, but that's just me

Thanks Graeme, any ideas on the wheel well or gear strut colors. This seems to be my night
for asking wheel related colors!!!!! Want to get cooking on this.---John

I have the fuselage halves together, 22 grams of weight in the forward fuselage,
cockpit area painted gray, and the tail engine intake painted flat black and a
blanking plate inside to prevent see through. It is pretty much sanded and ready
to fix cockpit windows then start the wing assembly.---John

The fuselage has had the tail added and the cockpit windscreen filled with Tamiya putty.
I am going to sand the area down and use the cockpit decals that came with the kit.---John

The putty has been sanded and it came out quite well. There's a few very small pin holes in
the putty but the decals will cover those with no problem.---John
