That's no good....as a fellow site owner I can only sympathise with David Harvey as I now have a unique understanding of what it takes to set-up and run a model site, and how frustrating it is when things like this happen. Hope AMI is back on the air soon.

I will take some better photos over the next week, but I thought I'd share this with you all. I entered my first model show on the weekend, Wings at the Australian Nation Aviation Museum and the Herc managed to pick up 1st place in the small scale modified class. Have to say I was and still am a bit shocked. There are still a few things I want to fix on it.

Well done mate!!!.....no reason to be shocked, it's a bloody nice model and, from what I can see, most worthy of a 1st place.
Congrtas and well done again Sir!!

It's a beautiful day outside today, so I thought I'd take the Herc outside for some quick photos in the sunlight. Still want to do some proper photos, but these will do for now.

Geez Troy.....seeing her in natural light really emphasises the fact that you got her delivery colours perfect.
You have managed to make a Herc look pretty.....well done!!!!

That is one very nice Herc Troy. If any of mine come out looking half as good as yours I'll be a happy camper.
I'm going to attempt an Antarctic Herc as I think I've got all the bits I need, plus a few other versions........one day.
